About the project
For this project, our scope covered the full design andexecution of the kitchen and bathroom areas. From materialand fixture selections to site coordination, we ensured everydetail was client-approved before moving forward. Onceselections were finalized, we managed the ordering anddelivery process, coordinated MEP point layouts with thecontractor, and oversaw the installation to ensure everythingwas executed smoothly and as planned.
Step by step project
- Design Phase We began by developing tailored kitchen and bathroom layouts that combined functionality with the client’s aesthetic preferences. Material palettes and fixture options were curated and presented for approval.
- Client Approvals Every finish, fitting, and detail was reviewed with the client. Final selections were confirmed to ensure the design vision aligned with the client’s expectations and lifestyle needs.
- Procurement Management Once materials and fixtures were approved, we handled the ordering process, tracking lead times and coordinating deliveries to avoid delays.
- MEP Coordination All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) point layouts were planned in line with the design and provided to the contractor early to ensure proper site preparation.
- Site Execution We closely supervised the on-site installation of kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, and finishes. Regular site visits ensured quality control and alignment with the approved design.
- Smooth Handover Final inspections were conducted to ensure everything was installed as per plan, resulting in a clean, fully functional, and beautiful space delivered on time.
